Whats up everyone its long weekend time so you know what that means-lots going on!! First off there are new pics up in the gallery from Frequency last week. Here is the weekend breakdown.

Thursday night it begins inside of Nava for Stomp Thursdays Jersey Shore night. We will be screening Jersey Shore at 10pm on the big screen as well as a free buffet and $2 drinks. And at 11pm the party starts as usual.

Friday night 10pm its all about Spun on The New Flow 93.5 where I will be on the 1s and 2s starting your night off right! Then its off to Frequency nightclub for Fly High Fridays.

Saturday 9pm on The New Flow 93.5 its Mixology with yours truly on the decks getting you ready for the club. Then Pulse Saturdays inside of Frequency is where im off to rock after.

Sunday im doing it for the grown and sexy inside of the Vue (by the airport) going to be a crazy night.
